On 20th July, The Public Health Collaboration are holding a day festival at Brathay Hall near Ambleside. The Public Health Collaboration is a registered charity "dedicated to informing and implementing healthy decisions for better public health." You can read more about the work they do here.
There will be local real food vendors and live music throughout the day. Also being held are a variety of wellbeing workshops, low carb cooking demos and family friendly activities. There is also an evening event with live music and a hog roast supper.
