Each week Gail, from Wonderful You Yoga, comes and does a gentle chair yoga session and guided meditation with the residents. This is an activity that the residents really enjoy and we often have family members taking part too.
Yesterday because the weather was so nice, Gail held the yoga on the patio in the sunshine. Those who took part really enjoyed the session - as you can tell from the smiling faces.
We hope to hold more sessions in the sunshine over the summer.
